Crash or bug
Open Settings or Profile inside the app and tap the in-app “Help” or “Contact support” link where available. It attaches the diagnostics we need. Send us your device model, OS version, and the steps that reproduce it.
Billing & subscriptions
Apple, Google, and the other stores manage mobile subscriptions. View or cancel yours from your store account. If a charge looks wrong, start with the store, then email us the transaction ID and we will help trace the receipt.
Account & data
To export or delete your data, give us the exact app name and the email you registered with. We handle every request in line with our Privacy Policy.
